Les professionnels de la santé sont exposés à de nombreux risques professionnels qui peuvent affecter leur santé et leur bien-être et entraîner un vieillissement prématuré. La pandémie de COVID-19 a mis en évidence les forces de ces professionnels, mais aussi leurs limites. Une étude internationale récente a mis en lumière les préoccupations relatives au bien-être des professionnels de la santé, ainsi que l’importance des approches intégratives de la santé mondiale, du concept d’exposome singulier du professionnel de la santé et du parcours de vie.
Healthcare professionals are exposed to many occupational hazards that can affect their health and well-being and that can cause premature aging. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the strengths of these professionals but also their limits. A recent international review has highlighted concerns about the well-being of health professionals, as well as the importance of integrative approaches to global health, the concept of the health professional’s singular exposome, and the life course.
