Dans cette étude, nous avons cherché à décrire l’effet du travail à domicile sur les conditions de travail et la vie privée en analysant les changements signalés dans différents facteurs liés au travail.
Objective In this study, we aimed to describe the effect of working from home on work conditions and private life by analysing reported changes in different work-related factors. Methods We utilized descriptive analyses on cross-sectional data of 4,985 people aged 20-67 from Stockholm, Sweden collected in 2021. Prevalence of reported changes for factors related to work and private life were analysed by degree of work from home, and stratified by age, sex, and educational level. Results Participants who worked from home reported increased opportunities to structure the workday and combine work and private life, while at the same time experiencing increased isolation from the workplace. More females reported increased workload while younger adults reported more changes overall. Conclusions Working from home was related to experiencing both positive and negative changes in work conditions and private life.
