Lamb et al. et Downs et al. ont confirmé séparément que le dépistage régulier de l’antigène à flux latéral du SRAS-CoV-2 chez les travailleurs de la santé (TS) présente une valeur prédictive positive élevée, mais peu d’études ont examiné l’acceptabilité par les utilisateurs. Afin d’étudier l’impact de l’échantillonnage nasopharyngé auto-administré deux fois par semaine et du test LFA pour le SARS-CoV-2, nous avons entrepris une enquête auprès des utilisateurs finaux parmi le personnel de santé participant à ce programme de dépistage dans deux hôpitaux de Londres.
Lamb et al. and Downs et al. have separately confirmed that regular SARS-CoV-2 lateral flow antigen screening amongst healthcare workers (HCW) demonstrates high positive-predictive value, but few studies have examined user acceptability. To investigate the impact of twice-weekly self-administered nasopharyngeal sampling and LFA testing for SARS-CoV-2, we undertook an end user survey amongst healthcare staff participating in this screening programme across two London hospitals.
