Workers and/or their representatives should be involved in all stages of MSD risk assessment and prevention, including spotting hazards, assessing risks, and choosing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating solutions. Active worker participation helps to identify the most practical solutions because workers know how their jobs are performed and how they are affected by them.
