L’intégration du paradigme des déterminants sociaux de la santé par les chercheurs et les établissements de santé au travail et en santé publique conduit à reconnaître la nécessité d’une perspective plus globale et plus nuancée du travail et de son impact sur la santé de la population. Au cœur de cette transformation se trouve le besoin de compléter les approches traditionnelles de la santé au travail par de nouvelles perspectives conceptuelles et méthodologiques permettant de mieux prendre en compte les aspects sociaux de la santé et du bien-être.
The integration of the social determinants of health paradigm by occupational and public health researchers and institutions is leading to a recognition of the need for a more holistic and nuanced perspective on work and its impact on population health. Fundamental to this transformation is the need to complement traditional approaches to occupational health with new conceptual and methodological perspectives that can better account for the social aspects of health and well-being.
